Play Up Requests
If you would like your child to "play up" in the next age group, submit a Play Up Request form to the CSA Board for consideration. You can complete that form online by clicking here!

* Premier League is for more advanced players and a skills assessment (tryout) is required. The skills assessment is done at an event called the Skills Assessment Tryouts and participation is required in order to be placed on a Premier League team. You must register into the recreational program and will be manually moved into the Premier League if accepted. Check the Calendar webpage for date of Tryouts/Skills Assessment. Premier League programs include one tournament entry fee.
Starting with the Fall 2012 season, a separate uniform fee of $30 is required for all U6 - U18 players. Our club has adopted the official colors of garnet and silver and you must purchase official CSA jerseys to play.
Note: Uniform sizing information is located here. If your child has previously played with CSA, you can use an older CSA jersey for additional jersey sizing guidance.
Note: Coach and assistant coach discounts are applied to their child's registration after the season is completed.
Required Documents for Premier League (Formerly RecPlus), U14 through U18 ONLY!
These documents must be given to the coach at first practice.
Your child’s age group for the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 seasons are determined by their age on July 31, 2013. For example, if their birthday is April 30, 2006, then their age on July 31, 2013 is 7 years old and they would play in the “Under 8” or U8 Age Group.
Depending on the number of enrollments, age groups may be consolidated or expanded (i.e. U9 aged children are grouped with U10).
